Allergy



Allergy can be explained as a malfunctioning of the human being immune system causing a vicious effect against usually harmless materials in our natural environment. In this circumstance, such materials are commonly referred as "allergens". The reaction of those materials creates an inflammation that, in turn, and can lead to various symptoms such as itching, boils, inflammation on body, fever, eczema, asthma and other situations and these all are generally referred as allergies.

An allergy is combination of everything starting from a runny nose, itchy eyes and palate to skin irritation. It intensifies the sense of smell, view, and tastes and feels causing irritation, tremendous disability and sometimes-fatal outcome. It mainly occurs when the body's immune system react excessively to usually harmless substances. The substances that cause allergy is termed as Allergens or an allergen is a material that can cause an allergic reaction. In general allergens are materials that recognizes as "foreign" or "dangerous” substance for some people immune system but it cause no reaction for most people. Common allergens include Chemicals, Bacteria, viruses, and animal parasites, Drugs (such as antibiotics, serums), Dust, Foods (such as milk, chocolate, strawberries, wheat), Plants, Pollen, Perfumes, Smoke, and many more.

During an allergic development, the material dependable for causing the allergy, or allergens, binds to allergic antibodies nearby allergic cells including mast cells and basophiles in a person's body. These cells then discharge chemicals such as Leukotrienes and histamine, resulting in allergic reaction.
