The main characteristic of this disease is to lose weight or maintain an unusually low weight. It is come with by a various changes in activities, emotions, thoughts, awareness, and social interactions. Food controls the life of a person who is suffering anorexia nervosa. These behaviours are increased by a strong desire to be thinner and a terror of becoming overweight. Heaviness of body and figure become the major or even only measures of self-image, and therefore maintaining an exceptionally low weight is equated with beauty, victory, confidence, and self-control and people not seen it as a problem. People with an eating problem think always about food, heaviness, and body image continuously. They are mainly suffering from chronic medical and psychological problems associated to these issues. Treating anorexia nervosa is not easy because it is a complex disorder. It is a psychological sickness, but also involves severe medical problems, like low blood pressure, slow heartbeat and uneven heartbeats, weaken heart muscle, high possibilities of heart failure, Anaemia, lack of fluid in body, Shortage of potassium, magnesium, and sodium, hormonal disproportion, irregular or lack of menstrual cycle in women, muscular weakness, faintness, liver and kidney problem, Gastro-intestinal diseases (like constipation, abdominal pain, and ulcers), Osteoporosis (loss of bones mass, result weak bones that break simply).
