Backache



Backache (commonly known as Back pain) may occur in the Lowe, middle and upper back; it is most frequently occurred in the lower back. Backache may started from the ligaments and bones that forms the spine, back supporting muscles and tendons, the nerves that exit the spinal column, or also the internal organs. Pain experience in lower back may come from the spine, nerves, muscles, or other structure of the back. Backache is one of the most common problems and does not generally reflect any basic form of disease. It is commonly defined as an uneasiness or pain in the area of the back or spine. Backache mainly affects the lower back, and it occurs in both men and women equally.

Backache can range from gentle, annoying ache, to unbearable pain. Depending upon how long it lasts, it can be illustrate as severe or chronic.

Severe backache

It comes on unexpectedly but lasts only after some time, and it is often extreme sometime.

Chronic backache

It is in general not as acute as severe backache but it continue for a long time and may come again frequently.

The period of severe backache is a few days to some weeks, with improvement in that time, while chronic backache lasts for at least three months and often gets ever more worse.
