The standard temperature of a healthy or normal body ranges between 36.9 degree C (98.4 Degree F) and 37.5 degree C (99.5 Degree F). A rise in the normal body temperature, ahead of this range, is termed as fever. It is liable to minor deviations, depending on the consumption of food, the amount of body exercise, and the temperature of the nearby atmosphere. In general cases, least temperature of the body occurs in between the time 1.30 a.m. to 7 a.m. and the maximum between the time 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. There are many factors that results to the rise and fall in the body temperature. Actually fever is a healthy response of the body to a sickness. The body's immune system discharge chemical that increases body temperature. This is part of the normal infection-fighting process. Common fever is a basic activity of the white blood cells (WBC) in the body as it they fights off the attackers. The faster the WBC moves to destroy these enemies of the body, body start heating up. Common fever is a sign of an infection or is an indication that your body is struggling off an infection. A fever is more or less always a sign that the person has a disease or is an indication that the person is going to come down with certain disorder. Common fever is a frequent symptom that comes with lots of common diseases. While a Normal fever is a good thing since it tells us that our body is struggling off a sickness, but a very high fever is a risky thing. Fevers that go upto of 104 to 105 degree F can harm a person’s nervous system.
