Swine Flu Precautions


It is estimated that one-third of the world’s populous get affected by the swine flu (H1N1 virus) by 2011. Only thing that can save you from H1N1 virus is precautions. You may reduce the danger of contracting the H1N1 virus by precautions only.

Precautions Against Swine Flu:

  1. Cleaning hands regularly. Hand disinfectant is also helpful and can simply be carried with you.
  2. Avoid touching your nose, and mouth. This could be one of the excellent ways to avoid the Swine flu. It takes some conscious attempt to stay your hands away from your face.
  3. Try to stay away from persons who have signs such as sneezing and coughing. And also avoid being close to others who might be ill.
  4. Avoid crowded places, such as busy shopping malls.
  5. Take regular seasonal flu immunization. It might not help out against Swine flu, but it won't harm.
  6. And most important is, stay home if you feel you are suffering from swine flu, to avoid affecting others.
  7. Use masks if you have symptoms of Swine flu.
Proper study coupled with correct and appropriate public education is the best solution to identifying, curing and reducing a worldwide outbreak.
